John
The hotel location is really convenient, just a few minutes away from the main shopping and dining areas. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also really appreciated the 24-hour room service that was available.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. First of all, the bathroom was not very clean and needed updating.

The room and bathroom were large and clean. The staff spoke English well.
The room was a bit threadbare and about 4km from Taj Mahal - not walkable (relatively close to the station though).

Close to train station.
Very simple, not attractive, not particularly comfortable and stained bed linen & towels! Not recommended unless on back-packer budget and willing to put up with all the above.

The hotel is located near the railway station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a weekend getaway. The reception staff provided great service, taking care of a group of up to 60 people. The hotel also had greenery around it, adding to the pleasant location.
The hotel lacked good food options and the room service was poor.

A lot of open spaces all around made it look very spacious and good. Esp. with the fog it looked very pleasant.THe breakfast was included in room tarriff. Not a great one but nevertheless everything that was needed was there. The staff was happy to serve us fried eggs on request.
Door mats and small carpet in the rooms were not clean. In fact they were not needed in the rooms because without them room would look more cleaner.

We loved the spacious room with ample lighting and beautiful gardens around the hotel. The location near the railway station was convenient for us. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel facilities were spotless. Also, the breakfast was scrumptious.

The restaurant is really fine and the people working there are very helpful, just like some of the people working at the reception.
The tourist information at the reception is poor and the staff is not really keen on giving you all the information. In fact they don't seem to have those info, which is disappointing. Taj Mahal is 5 km from hotel, not 2 km.

Location was central and easy to access from the main street. The room was spacious with more than enough lighting which made it comfortable for reading, and watching TV. The staff was friendly and sorted any issue we had promptly.
The food was overpriced and did not meet our expectations. The menu had incorrect information and several items were unavailable.

Bath room was stinking. For old people ramp is a must whereever they have to climbthe steps. The lack of such facility caused inconvenience to one of my senior family member.
